Red Chilly Restaurant

Our place, Red Chilly Restaurant, is part of the Hotel Red Chilly setup on Kalyan Murbad Road. We are out here in Village Kamba, which is a bit of a distance from the main Kalyan City center, but still close enough that people find us. The address is Plot No 121/1 if you are looking for it on a map. It is a busy stretch of road with a lot of trucks and cars going by all the time. We see a mix of travelers staying at the hotel and locals from the Kamba area. Running a restaurant here means we have to be ready for anyone who walks in. The staff stays busy with the kitchen and making sure the dining area is ready. It is a straightforward operation. We don’t try to be something we aren't. It is just a building on the side of the road where you can sit down and have a meal. Thane can be a humid place, so we try to keep the atmosphere okay for everyone. There is always something to do, whether it’s cleaning up after the lunch rush or prepping things for the evening. We have been in this spot for a while now and most people around here know us by name. It is just a regular job for us, making sure the food is ready and the guests are sorted. We take care of the place ourselves and handle the daily chores.
