Red Chilly Family Restaurant

We are Red Chilly Family Restaurant, located at Shop No 10 in the Asha Niwas building on Subhash Road. If you know Dombivli West, you know it’s a busy place with a lot of people commuting all the time. Being on Subhash Road means we are right in the thick of it. We wanted to create a place where families could come and have a meal without it being a whole big production. It’s a straightforward setup. We have some tables and a kitchen that’s usually pretty loud with all the cooking going on. Thane can be a hectic place to live, so we try to keep things relaxed inside. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate rules. We just show up, cook the food, and make sure the place is clean for the next person who walks in. The lunch rush can be a bit much sometimes, especially with people coming from the station area. We’ve had some rainy days where the whole street gets flooded, but we stay open as long as we can. It’s a family-run feel even if we aren’t all related. Most of us have been working here for a good while. We know which customers like their food spicy and who wants extra napkins. It’s those little things that make it worth it. We’re just a local business trying to do a good job.
