We run Real-Homes Realty Private Limited from the ground floor of the Meera Sangeet building. Our unit is G 02 in the B 3 wing of the B/3 CHS LTD complex. We are located in the MIG Complex area within Poonam Garden on Mira Road. It’s a pretty standard residential neighborhood, which suits us just fine because that’s what we deal with most. Our office isn't some glass-walled suite. It’s a humble ground-floor space where we keep our property records and meet with people who live nearby. Mira Road has grown so much lately, and being right here in Poonam Garden lets us see it firsthand every day. We spend a lot of time walking between the different buildings in the MIG Complex to check on flats. It’s a lot of coordination between landlords, tenants, and buyers. We aren't a corporate giant with hundreds of employees or a call center. There’s just a handful of us here, and we handle everything ourselves, from answering the phone to showing people around. Some days it’s quite hectic with people dropping in, and other days we just sit and catch up on our messy paperwork. We don't have any flashy signs or those polished presentations. We just know the local area and the buildings like Meera Sangeet really well. If you are looking for a place around Mira Road, we are usually around the office to have a quick chat. It is a simple way of working but it has kept us going for years.
