You’ll find Radha Krishna Pure Veg in the Raj Mudra Shopping Centre, specifically at Shop No 7/8/9. We are in Nalasopara East, which is a part of Thane that never seems to sleep. Being near Gopal Shopping Center means there are always shoppers and delivery bikes everywhere. We decided to keep it as a pure veg place because that is just how we have always done things at home. It’s a simple setup with a few shops joined together to make enough room for the tables. The 401209 area is quite crowded, so it gets very busy during the lunch and dinner hours. We spend our time in the back, mostly boiling lentils and chopping up vegetables. There is nothing fancy about our kitchen. We use the same kind of spices you’d find in any home around here. Sometimes the sink gets clogged or we have a bit of a wait for a table, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be a five-star place. We just want to serve food that tastes like it should. We’ve been at Taki Road for a while now and we know most of the other shop owners. It’s a lot of work, standing over the heat all day, but we are used to it. We just keep things moving and hope for a good day. It’s just our little veg spot.
