Our office is at 1403 Woodland, located on Plot 145 to 149 in Upper Govind Nagar. That’s in Malad East, Mumbai 400097. We’ve been operating from here for some time now. It’s a residential-feeling area but we do all our property business from inside. Real estate keeps us quite busy most days. There’s always someone looking for a place or trying to sell one they already have. We spend a lot of time on our mobiles and checking the latest listings online. We aren't a massive company with a shiny lobby or anything like that. It’s just a normal office where we get the actual work done. Malad East is a good place to be based for us. We know the local streets and the buildings around here really well. Most days involve a lot of typing and looking at legal contracts. We try to keep things honest and simple. No need for big words or corporate talk. We just handle the property stuff as it comes to us. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with all the paperwork, but we manage. If you need to find us, we’re up on the 14th floor. The view is alright, but we’re usually too busy looking at our screens or talking to people to notice it much. It’s a practical setup for what we do. Just us, working hard in Upper Govind Nagar. That’s basically our whole story.
