Our place is on the Kalyan Bhiwandi Bypass Road. You’ll find Quick Bite Family Restaurant And Bar right across from Chowkhi Dhani. We are also next to that Amantra Tata Housing project. It’s a busy road with a lot of trucks and cars passing through at all hours. We decided to open here because there’s always someone looking for a meal or a drink after a long drive. It’s a family-run kind of setup. We have the restaurant area and the bar side as well. Most of our customers are locals from Bhiwandi or people just passing through Thane. It can get pretty hectic on the weekends when families come out. We don’t really do fancy stuff. We just focus on having enough staff to handle the rush. The bypass road means we get people at odd hours sometimes. We’ve grown used to the noise of the traffic outside. Inside, we just try to keep things comfortable. The kitchen works hard, and the bar stays busy. It's a lot of work keeping a place like this going, but we’ve been at it for a while now. We just wanted a spot where people could pull over and get a decent bite to eat without any fuss. It's a straightforward business and we just take it one day at a time here. Every day brings different people through the door and we just try to get the orders out right. It's nothing too special, just our daily job.
