PRIYADARSHANI HOTEL (dhaba)

We've been here on Pune Link Road for a while now. People know us as the dhaba near Shriram Talkies. It's just a ground floor setup, nothing fancy. We cook mostly what people around here like to eat every day. Sometimes it gets loud because of the traffic outside, but that’s just how it is in Ulhasnagar No 4. Most of our regulars are folks coming back from work or drivers stopping by for a quick meal. We don't have a big menu with fancy names, just the usual stuff that fills you up. The tables are basic. We keep the kitchen running all day. Sometimes we run out of certain items by late evening if it's been a busy day. My staff has been with me for years, so they know the locals by face. If you are looking for a place with air conditioning or soft music, this isn't it. It's just a regular spot to sit down, eat your food, and move on. We try to keep things clean, but it's a busy road so dust is always a fight. We handle the morning rush and the late-night crowd too. It's a lot of work, but this is what we do. Nothing more to say really. Just a dhaba on the link road where you can get a hot plate of food without too much waiting. We don't use fancy napkins or expensive plates, just simple service for hungry people.
