People around Dombivli West usually know us as the spot near Hindustan Bank on Mahatma Phule Road. We’ve been running Priti Nx Family Restaurant out of the Blue Nil Co-Operative Housing Society building for a good while now. It isn't a fancy place with dim lighting or anything like that, just a regular family restaurant where you can sit down and have a meal without too much fuss. Being in Thane, it gets pretty humid, so we try to keep the place as comfortable as possible for everyone who walks in. The weekends get a bit chaotic with kids running around and big groups waiting for tables, but that’s just how it goes. Our staff has been with us for years, so they know how to handle the rush. We don't spend money on big ads or social media stuff. Most of our customers are folks who live right here in the society or just down the street. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit, but we’re still here doing the same thing every day. Sometimes the delivery bikes get bunched up out front, which can be a bit of a headache, but we manage to clear them out. It’s a simple business. We focus on getting the food to the table while it’s still hot and making sure the bill is right. If you’re looking for a quiet, high-end experience, this probably isn't it, but if you want a decent meal in a place that feels like home, we're right here.
