We don’t have a big corporate office or a team of managers. It’s just us in the kitchen and at the counter. The neighborhood is usually quite busy, especially with the temple and the petrol pump nearby. Inside, the place is simple. We have some basic tables and chairs, and the kitchen is right there. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or social media experts. Most of our customers are folks who live nearby or work in Thane West. They know what to expect when they walk in.
