PNEX PROPERTY CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Shop 22 in the Sai Chamber building. This is over in Sector 11 of CBD Belapur, specifically on Plot 44. It’s a busy area with a lot of shops and offices around us. Our shop isn’t huge, but it fits what we need for the day-to-day work. We spend most of our time consulting with people about different properties. There is always someone coming in with a question about a lease or a sale. We keep a few chairs for visitors and a couple of desks for us. CBD Belapur is a good place to be because everything is close by. We have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we first opened up here. The office gets a lot of natural light during the day, which makes it a nice place to sit and go through contracts. We are not a giant firm, just a dedicated group of people working in the local property market. We take care of the details that usually bore other people. It involves a lot of checking and re-checking documents to make sure everything is in order. We don’t have fancy marketing materials laying around. Most people find us because they saw our sign or someone told them where we were. We just keep our heads down and do the work without any complicated sales tactics.
