So, we are Peridot Realty Private Limited. You can find us over at Sector 15 in CBD Belapur, which is a pretty active part of Navi Mumbai. Our office is up on the ninth floor, room 902 to be exact, inside Arenja Chamber II on Plot Number 7. It’s a decent spot to work from and we’ve been here a while. Navi Mumbai is growing fast, and being in Belapur puts us right in the middle of things. Usually, we spend our days dealing with local property matters and talking to people who drop by. It’s not a huge, fancy setup, just a regular office where we get things done. Some days it’s quiet, and other days we’re running around quite a bit. We don't really go for big speeches or anything like that. We just focus on the work at hand. The building is easy to spot once you’re in the sector. It's near most of the main roads around here. Working in Thane district means we see a lot of different types of real estate projects. We just try to keep a steady pace and handle what comes our way. If you’re ever around the CBD area, you might have passed the building. We’re just one of the many businesses trying to make things work in this part of Maharashtra. It’s a practical place for us.
