Our office is located in The Affaires building, room 604, which is in Sector 17, just off Palm Beach Road. It’s a decent spot to work from since we have a good view of the area from the sixth floor. We’ve been working out of Plot Number 9 for a while now. Real estate in this part of the city moves at its own pace. Some weeks we are incredibly busy with viewings and site visits, and other weeks we are just catching up on administrative stuff. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. It’s just a group of people who know how to handle property deals in the neighborhood. We spend most of our time talking to owners and looking at new listings. Palm Beach Road is a nice area, but we focus on the practical side of living and working here. If someone needs a place, we look through what we have on our books. We don't push people into things they can't afford. It’s a big decision to move, so we just provide the details and let them think it over. The office is usually quiet unless we have a few people in for a final meeting. We keep things simple and honest because it works for us. That’s just the way we like to run things at Patkon. No need for anything more than that. We just do the work.
