Panchforon

Panchforon is located over on St Michael School Road in Kandivali East at A/42. Being so close to the school means we see a lot of kids and parents walking by every single morning and afternoon. It gets quite noisy when school lets out but we actually like the energy it brings to the street. Our space isn't very large but it works well enough for what we need to do. We spend most of our time in the back getting things prepped and ready for the day. The building A/42 is an older one and we have been in this specific spot for a bit of time now. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy to show off to people. Most people find us just by walking past on their way somewhere else or through word of mouth. We handle everything ourselves from cleaning the tables to taking the orders at the counter. Sometimes we run out of certain items if the day is much busier than we thought it would be. That is just how it goes in a small place like this. We try to keep things quiet and steady during the mid-morning lull. It is a nice part of Kandivali East to be in. The road can get a bit dusty when there is construction nearby but we just keep the doors open for some fresh air. We are just local people running a small place. There isn't much to it besides showing up every day and making sure the stove is hot and the counter is wiped down.
