You can find Panchal Associates at number 84 in the New Modella Industrial Estate. Being in Wagle Estate means we are surrounded by all sorts of other workshops and businesses. It’s a busy part of town. Our space is pretty basic. We have what we need to get the work done and not much else. There’s no fancy furniture or art on the walls. It’s just an industrial unit where we spend our time. Most of the guys here have been working together for a while, so we know how things go. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we really have to. Usually, we are busy handling the practical side of things. The industrial estate can be a bit loud with all the machinery and trucks coming in and out, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just keep to our own space and focus on our tasks. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just want to make sure the work is done right. Sometimes the tea break is the best part of the day when we can just sit and talk about normal things. It’s a down-to-earth kind of place. We don't use big words or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a local business at Wagle Estate trying to do a decent job every day.
