You can find us over at Orion Business Park on Ghodbunder Road. We are up on the third floor in shop 317/A. It’s right near the Cine Max, which is a good landmark if you aren't familiar with the business park layout yet. Working on Ghodbunder Road means we see a lot of people coming and going. It’s a fast-growing part of the city and there’s always a new building going up somewhere. We handle the real estate side of things for folks around here. The office is a basic workspace where we keep our documents and meet with people who need a hand. It’s not some high-end lounge, just a place to get work done. We spend a lot of time looking at floor plans and talking to builders about their timelines. Some days are just filled with paperwork, which isn't the most exciting part of the job, but it has to be finished correctly. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners in the park quite well. It feels like a little community in this building. People usually come to us when they are tired of looking for a place on their own or getting confused by listings. We don't promise anything crazy. We just show what’s available and help with the process. It’s a regular job for us and we try to do it right. Nothing fancy, just daily work.
