Omkar Krupa Realtors LLP is over at the Seawood Grand Central. We have Shop No F-506 in Tower II, on Plot No R 1, Sector 40. It is a large complex and Nerul is always moving. Being in Thane, specifically the 400706 area, keeps us on our toes all day. The mall and the station are right there, so we end up doing a lot of walking. Our office is just a regular shop space. It is where we keep the files and meet up to talk about what needs to be done. We handle property stuff around Nerul and the areas nearby. We are not a giant company with hundreds of people. It is just a few of us working together. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with papers and coffee cups, but we know where things are. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people at different property sites. The Seawood Grand Central location is really handy for the train. We don't use any fancy language to describe our work. We just help people with their property needs in this part of India. It is practical work. Every day is a bit different, depending on who walks through the door. We like being part of the local community here in Thane. We just do our best to stay organized and get our tasks finished.
