We are over in Vashi, specifically at the Arunodaya CHS in Sector 6. It’s a row house, number 44/8 if you are looking for the exact spot. Most days we are just here at the desk or out checking on things around Navi Mumbai. It gets pretty busy around this part of Thane. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where we handle the property stuff that comes our way. Being in a row house instead of a big glass tower makes things feel a bit more relaxed. We’ve been around this neighborhood for a while now, so we know the streets pretty well. If you walk past Plot 44/45, you’ll see our door. The morning traffic on the main road can be a bit much sometimes, but once you get inside the society, it’s actually quite alright. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy decorations or anything. Usually, it's just us answering phones and looking over paperwork. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. Most people who stop by are from nearby. We just deal with the day-to-day requirements of the property market here. It’s practical work. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get around, especially during the rains, but we manage to keep things moving. We just focus on what needs to be done each day without making a big fuss about it. That's pretty much how we operate here in this little corner of Vashi.
