You can find us inside the food court at R Mall on Ghodbunder Road. Thane West is a busy place, and the mall is usually the center of it all. We’ve been part of this food court for some time now. It’s a different vibe than a standalone restaurant because everything is so open and fast-paced. We have our own little kitchen space where we prepare all the North Indian dishes. Being in a mall means we see a lot of families out for the weekend or people catching a movie. We try to keep our service quick because we know people have things to do. The kitchen gets really hot, and we are constantly moving to get the orders out. We don't have fancy white tablecloths or anything like that. It’s mall food, but we try to make it taste like it came from a real kitchen. We use the same spice blends we’ve always used. Sometimes the mall gets incredibly noisy, especially on holidays, but we just keep our heads down and cook. Our staff works hard to keep the counter clean and the food hot. It’s a simple setup for anyone in Thane West who wants a proper meal while they’re out shopping. We’re just one of the many stalls, but we have our regulars who come straight to us every time they visit R Mall.
