New Kwality Biryani And Tandoor Centre

Our shop, New Kwality Biryani And Tandoor Centre, is in the Maruti Darshan Building at Shop No 01. We are on Manpada Road in Dombivli East, right in the Star Colony area of Thane. It is a busy spot and we are right there on the ground floor. We spend a lot of time around the tandoor oven, which stays hot all day long. The kitchen can get pretty smoky when we are busy, but that is just part of making biryani. We don't have a big team of people. It is just a few of us making sure the food is ready when people come by after work. Most of our customers are from the Star Colony or nearby buildings. We don't have a corporate office or a fancy way of doing things. We just use our hands and the pots we have had for years. The walls in the shop have some marks on them and the sign outside has faded a bit from the sun, but we are still here every day. We start our work early in the afternoon to get the meat and rice ready for the evening rush. It is a lot of heavy lifting and standing over heat. We don't really think about branding or stuff like that. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure we don't run out of supplies before the night is over. It is a simple business in a busy part of Thane, and we are okay with that. It is just life in the kitchen.
