New Banana Leaf

New Banana Leaf is tucked away in Shop No 9/10 in the Dombivli Industrial Area, over on the East side of Thane. We are situated right opposite the Rotary Balodhyan and quite close to Pendharkar College, which brings in a mix of students and people working in the nearby MIDC area. The atmosphere around here is very industrial, with a lot of movement and the constant hum of the city. Our restaurant is a simple place where we serve meals to the local crowd. We don't have any fancy air conditioning or velvet chairs, just regular seating that is easy to clean. During the lunch break, it can get very crowded with workers coming in for a quick meal before they have to head back to their shifts. We have to work fast to keep up with them. The humidity in Thane can be quite something, so we have big windows to let some air in, even if it brings in the noise from the road. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have seen the college and the industrial area grow around us. We don't do anything special for marketing; we just rely on the fact that people know where we are. It’s a busy life running a place in the MIDC Dombivli Industrial Area-Dombivli East, and we just focus on keeping things simple and making sure there’s enough food for the afternoon rush. It isn't perfect, but it's our daily life.
