New Apoorva Restaurant

Our shop is on the ground floor of the Shreenath Darshan building in Dombivli East. It’s right there in the MIDC area, which means there are always people moving around. Being near the Sonata Complex helps people find us, though most of our regulars just know the way by heart now. We’ve been in this part of Thane for a bit. The kitchen is where most of the life is. We start the day early, getting the supplies in and making sure everything is fresh. It can get pretty hot back there, but that’s just how it is in this business. We see a lot of office workers and people from the industrial units coming in for a quick bite or a proper meal during their breaks. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We aren't trying to be a five-star place; we just want to feed people. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud, and the street noise from Dombivli East drifts in, but nobody seems to mind much. We spend a lot of time just managing the day-to-day stuff, like checking the stocks and making sure the floor is swept. It’s honest work. We don't use any fancy tricks to get people in. If the food is good, they come back. That’s been our experience anyway. We’re just a local spot where you can sit down for a bit and then get back to your day.
