Nebula The Chinese Treat

Nebula The Chinese Treat is our little place in Thane West. We are on the ground floor of the Happy Heights building, which is in Yasodhan Nagar. It is a pretty easy spot to find once you are in the area. We have been serving Chinese food here for a while now. It is mostly me and two other guys in the kitchen. It gets really hot in there with the big burners going all the time. We do not have a lot of bells and whistles. The chairs are plastic and the tables are the kind you can wipe down easily. We focus on the cooking. Thane has changed a lot, but this neighborhood still feels familiar to us. We get a lot of kids from the nearby apartments coming in for snacks after they finish their homework. The delivery bikes are always coming and going from the front. Sometimes the floor gets a bit slippery when it is raining outside, so we have to be careful with the mop. We do not do any big promotions. People just know us for the food we make. We use a lot of soy sauce and fresh chilies that we buy from the market every couple of days. The fridge makes a loud humming sound at night, but you get used to it. It is a modest business, and we are just happy to keep the doors open and the woks hot every day.
