Nakhwa Masale

We have our little setup for Nakhwa Masale in Boisar Village on Navapur Road. It is right near the Boisar Post Office, which makes it easy for people to find us. We make different kinds of spice mixes that are common in this part of Palghar Taluka. We don't have a big industrial building. We just use a small space near our home. We roast the spices ourselves and the smell travels all down the road. It is a family thing, so everyone helps out with the cleaning, grinding, and packing. We don't use any chemicals or anything like that in our masalas. It is just the way we have always done it. Sometimes the grinding machine breaks down and we have to spend the whole day fixing it. That is just how it goes when you run a small business. We don't have a website or a social media page. If people want our masala, they just walk down Navapur Road and come to the door. We sell to the local grocers too. It is hard work and the dust gets everywhere, but we like being our own bosses. We have been in Boisar for a long time and everyone knows us. We just try to make a decent product for a fair price. We usually close early on Sundays to rest and spend time with the family.
