MVA Star Realty LLP is based out of Flat No 502 in Building No-2. We are situated in Riverwood Park, right on the Kalyan Shill Road. It is directly opposite Desai Naka in the Sagarli area. It is a busy road with a lot of noise. Since we are in a residential building, our office feels more like a home than a corporate space. It stays quiet enough for us to focus on our work. We spend our days looking at property lists and making sure the documents are right for people. Sagarli is growing fast as part of Thane. Sometimes the traffic outside on the road is a real headache, but we have gotten used to it. We aren't a big firm with a fancy glass office. It is just us in Flat 502, usually with maps and handwritten notes all over the place. We know this part of Maharashtra pretty well. If you are looking for Riverwood Park, just find Desai Naka and we are right across the way. We handle real estate things in a simple way. There are no polished sales pitches here. We just do the work. The 421204 area is where we spend all our time. We have been here since we started and haven't wanted to move.
