Mughals The Royal Dining

We are located at Shop Number 1 on Svp Road in Ambernath. Most people around here know the Woolen Naka area, and we are just near there. We’ve been running Mughals The Royal Dining for some time now. Despite the name, we are just a regular bunch of people trying to run a decent restaurant. The morning usually starts with getting the fresh ingredients in and setting up the kitchen. Svp Road can get pretty crowded during the day, so there’s always something to look at out the door. We don't have any big corporate backing or anything. It's just a local business that we put our time into every day. The staff is local, and we know most of our regular customers by their names or what they usually order. It’s a small shop, so things can get a bit tight when it’s raining outside and everyone wants to come in at once. We don't use any fancy systems, just the way we've always done it. Sometimes things are a bit slow, and other times we can barely keep up with the orders. That’s just the nature of the business in Thane. We stay open late most nights to make sure anyone working late shifts can get something to eat. We just keep at it and hope for the best each day as we serve our community. It is a long day but we enjoy seeing people enjoy their food.
