Mi Hi Koli

Our place is in Ajit Darshan on Lal Bahadur Shastri Road. Most people in Thane West know the Teen Petrol Pump, and we are right near there. It’s a busy intersection. We are also close to National Punjab Restaurant, so there’s always a lot of food smell in the air around here. We’ve been in Panch Pakhadi for a while and seen how busy this road has gotten over the years. Inside, we just have a simple setup. We’re not into all that modern decor you see in the malls. We just have sturdy tables and a kitchen that stays hot all day long. The staff here has been with us for a bit, so they know how things go. We handle a lot of people during the lunch rush because of all the offices nearby. It gets a little cramped sometimes, but it’s a good kind of busy. We don't do anything flashy. We just focus on the recipes we've been using and making sure the floor is swept. You might hear the traffic from LBS Road while you’re eating, but that’s just part of being in this part of town. We like it here. It’s a solid spot and easy for people to reach. We just do our best to keep the pace up and make sure nobody leaves hungry. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, day in and day out. We aren't trying to impress anyone.
