Mayur Family Restaurant Bar

We are situated right at Kapurbawdi Naka in Thane West. If you’ve ever been to Thane, you know how busy Kapurbawdi is. It’s a major crossing point for everyone going towards Mumbai or Nashik. There’s always traffic, so it’s a very noisy spot, but it brings a lot of people by. We have a mix of customers here. Since we’re a family restaurant and a bar, we get different crowds. In the early evening, it’s mostly people coming in for a drink after they finish work at one of the nearby offices or after a long commute. Later on, you see more families coming in for dinner. We have a standard menu with the usual dishes. The 400601 area is growing fast with all these new buildings, so we see new faces all the time. The place inside is kept simple. We have the bar section and then the seating for families. I’m usually around the counter or checking on the kitchen. It’s a lot of work keeping a place like this running every day. We open up and stay late until the last customer leaves. It’s not a flashy place with bright lights or anything, just a regular spot in Thane West where you can get a meal or a cold drink. We’ve been at this location for a good while and we just take it one day at a time. The junction outside never seems to sleep, so we stay busy too.
