We are located in the Kshitiz building at A/1201, which is way up on the 12th floor. Our address is on Plot Number 3, right along Palm Beach Road in Sanpada. Being up that high gives us a pretty clear look at the traffic moving along the road and the rest of Navi Mumbai. Sector 19 is a nice area, fairly quiet compared to some other parts of Thane or Mumbai. We have our little setup here where we handle realty solutions for people. It’s not a crowded office; we like to have some space to think. Most of our day is spent making calls or driving out to meet clients at different sites. The 12th floor can get a bit windy when the monsoon hits, but the view is worth it. We don't use any big words or complicated processes. We just look at what is available and tell people the facts. The office is mostly just desks, chairs, and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. It’s a relaxed atmosphere at Maxion Realty Solutions Llp. We don’t feel the need to act like a giant corporation. We are just local people who know the Sanpada and Palm Beach stretch really well and enjoy working in this part of town.
