Maa Tara Chinese

We are located on the Kalyan Shilphata Road, which is a very busy stretch of road in Thane. Our spot is quite close to the Metro Mall in Kalyan City, so there is always a lot of movement around us. As you can guess from the name, we mostly do Chinese style food. It is the kind of place where you hear the sound of the flame and the metal spoons hitting the woks all evening long. The smell of ginger and garlic is always in the air around our shop. We get a lot of young people and families who are visiting the mall or just passing through on their way home. It gets really crowded in the evenings, especially on weekends when everyone is out. We don't have a lot of space, but we make it work. Most people come for a quick meal or to take something home. We have been working on this road for a while and we know how to handle the rush. It can be quite loud with the traffic outside and the cooking going on inside, but that is just the vibe of the place. We aren't trying to be a fine dining spot. We just want to serve food that tastes like it should. It is a lot of hard work in the heat of the kitchen, but seeing people enjoy their food makes it worth it for us.
