M B Tandoor & Kababs

You can find us over at Cosmos Hill in Thane West. We have shops 8 and 9 on the ground floor, right in the Nilgiri and Satagiri buildings. It is a pretty quiet spot compared to the main roads, tucked near Upavan Lane. Most of our neighbors are people living in the apartments around here. The smell of the tandoor usually drifts out into the parking area in the evenings. It is not a huge fancy setup. We have the kitchen going and a few spots for people to wait or sit. Dealing with the heat from the ovens all day is part of the job. We see a lot of families coming by after work to pick something up for dinner. The lighting is just normal, nothing staged for photos. We have been working out of these two shops for a bit now, and we know most of the delivery guys by name. It gets really busy on the weekends when nobody wants to cook at home. Sometimes we run out of certain things earlier than expected, but that is just how it goes when you are small. We do not have any big fancy marketing stuff. We just put on our aprons and get to work every afternoon to make sure the tandoor is hot and ready for the first order. It is hard work but we are used to it. The neighborhood knows us and we know them, which makes the long hours feel a bit shorter.
