We are located at Shop No. 20 in the Nirmal Nagar building. It is right there on the Mira Bhayander Road, specifically in the Sai Baba Nagar area. We have been here for a bit now, just handling things day to day. If you know Mira Road East, you know how busy it gets around here with all the traffic and people moving about. The shop isn't massive, but it works for what we need to do. Sometimes the morning starts a bit late because of the commute, but we usually get things settled by ten. It is a simple place with a few chairs and the usual paperwork piled up on the desk. We don’t really do much in the way of big advertising or anything like that. People mostly just find us because they live nearby or they are passing through the area for work. The building itself, Nirmal Nagar CHS, is one of those older structures that everyone knows. We see the same faces every morning when the tea stall nearby opens up. The stairs can be a bit dusty sometimes, but that is just life in an older society. It’s a decent spot to be in, honestly. There is always something happening on the main road, and the noise of the bikes is just part of the background now. We keep the shutters up and just get on with the work as it comes in. We spend most of our time at the shop making sure everything is in order before the evening rush hits.
