Our office is tucked away in Dombivli West, at the Om-Parimal Society. It’s specifically at number 13 on Kopar Road. It’s a very local neighborhood, and the Amba Mata Mandir is just nearby. You can often hear the temple bells in the morning or evening. This isn't a typical commercial office space. It’s more of a residential setting where we handle the hospitality business. We spend a lot of time planning menus and managing the back-end stuff for our food operations. The society is quiet for the most part, except for when people are coming and going from the temple. We have a few computers and a lot of notebooks where we jot down ideas. It’s a bit cramped because we have so much going on, but we like being in this part of town. Dombivli has a very specific feel to it, very different from the main city. It’s more relaxed here. We walk to the local market for snacks during our breaks. The building is one of those older societies where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We don't have a big staff here, just a handful of us who manage the daily tasks. It’s a lot of coordination over the phone. We work hard to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. It’s not a glamorous setup, just a functional space on Kopar Road where we get the work done before heading home.
