Ambience All Day Dining

Ambience All Day Dining is our little place over in the Tirupati Tower Building. We are right on the Western Express Highway in Kandivali East, pretty close to the Thakur Complex. Being near the highway means we see a lot of different people coming through. Some are just passing by on their way across Mumbai, and others live right here in the towers. We stayed open all day because we realized people eat at all sorts of weird hours, especially with the traffic being what it is around here. It’s not always easy keeping a kitchen running from morning till night, but we have a good team that sticks together. We aren't some big corporate chain with a manual for everything. We just do things our own way. The 400101 area is always moving, so we try to keep up. Sometimes we run out of a certain dish because it was more popular than we expected, and we just have to tell people honestly. We try to keep the place clean and welcoming, but it’s a working restaurant, not a museum. You’ll hear the clinking of plates and the chefs shouting orders. It’s real and it’s busy. We’ve been here in Kandivali for a while now and we appreciate the folks who keep coming back. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just cook, serve, and clean up, then do it all again the next day. It’s a simple life but it keeps us busy.
