Amruta Veg Treat

We've been at Shop No 8 in the Ramkunj Co Operative Housing Society for a while now. Most people find us right across from Tjsb Bank on Kolbad Road here in Khopat-Thane West. It’s a busy spot but we try to keep things moving. We mostly focus on vegetarian food because that's what we know. The kitchen gets hot in the afternoons but the staff stays on their toes. Usually, it's locals coming in for a quick bite before heading home. We aren't doing anything fancy here. Just cooking and serving. The address is 400601 if you're looking on a map. Sometimes the traffic on Kolbad Road is a mess, so walking is easier if you’re close by. We have a few tables and they're usually full during lunch. People seem to like the routine. We don't change the menu much because everyone knows what they want before they even walk through the door. It's just a regular place where you can get a meal without a fuss. My cousin helps out with the supplies. We keep the place as clean as we can. It's just a small shop but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. Sometimes we run out of things early, especially when it's raining and everyone wants the same dish. That’s just how it goes in this part of Thane. We enjoy the work even when it's tiring.
