Akanksha Catering

Akanksha Catering is based out of the Gagangiri Enclave on Barave Road. We are in A 5/202, right in the Khadakpada area of Kalyan City. Being near the Cinemax is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or out delivering food for various gatherings. It's a family-style vibe here. We aren't a massive catering company with hundreds of employees; we are just local people who know how to cook for a crowd. Kalyan is where we live and work, so we know the tastes of the people here. It gets quite hot in the kitchen, especially when we have a big order for a wedding or a local function. We handle the shopping for ingredients, the prep work, and then the actual cooking. It’s a lot of long hours and standing on our feet, but seeing people enjoy a meal makes it worth it. We don’t have a fancy marketing plan. Most people find out about us because they ate our food somewhere or someone told them about us. We just focus on making sure the containers are full and the food is ready on time. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy throughout the year. We might get a bit stressed when there's a huge event, but we always manage to pull through together as a team. It's just how we do things here.
