Krishnavilasam Up School Kappad

We are over here at Ambika Palace on Tandon Road. It’s Shop No 19. If you know Dombivli East, you know this part of Thane gets pretty busy during the day. We’ve been running the school from this spot for a while now. It’s not a huge fancy building or anything, just a regular space in the palace complex where we handle the kids and the paperwork. Most mornings, you can hear the traffic outside and the shops starting to open their shutters. The kids come in from around the neighborhood, walking down the dusty road. We have a few desks squeezed in and some charts on the walls. Sometimes the fans make a bit of noise, but we get through the lessons anyway. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is here at once, especially during the rainy season when everyone brings umbrellas inside. We don't have a big playground out front, so the kids usually just gather near the entrance of the shop before things start. Tandon Road has a lot going on, so there’s always someone passing by or a delivery bike zooming past our door. It feels like a real part of the community here. We just keep things moving, teaching the subjects and making sure the registers are filled out. It’s just us doing the daily work in a regular corner of Thane. Nothing too complicated about it, just a school in a shop unit trying to keep things steady for the students.
