We are over here in Nerul at D-24/2:12 in Sector 48. It is a quiet enough spot in Navi Mumbai, but there is always something going on with people coming in to talk about flats or just to see what the market is doing lately. The office isn't anything fancy, just a workspace where we keep our papers and meet people who are looking for a place nearby. Most of our days are spent on the phone or walking around the neighborhood. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud when it gets hot in the afternoon, but we get the work done regardless. It’s been a while since we set up shop here. We know the roads around Thane and Navi Mumbai pretty well by now. People usually find us because they live close by or someone told them we have an office in this sector. We don’t really do much big advertising or anything like that. It’s just us here, Khodal Realtors Llp, dealing with the daily stuff that comes with real estate. The desks are usually covered in maps and folders. My tea gets cold because I’m always answering the door or talking to a neighbor about some plot. That is how it goes every day. We just stay busy and try to keep things moving. There isn’t much more to it than that. Just a local office trying to handle the paperwork and the property visits without making a big fuss about things.
