Our office is over in Navi Mumbai, specifically in Sector 48 of Nerul. The exact address is D - 24/2:12. It’s a bit of a different pace out here compared to the main city, which we don't mind at all. Khodal Realtech Llp is where we spend our time working on property and tech-related real estate stuff. Nerul is a growing area, and we’ve seen a lot of changes in the local landscape recently. Our workspace is quite practical and unpretentious. We have our desks, our computers, and a small area where we can sit down with people who stop by. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do a decent job with the properties we manage. Most of the time, we are busy checking on sites or dealing with the local municipal office for various permits. It can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but it’s part of the trade. We have a small group of staff who know the area well. We don't bother with fancy titles or complicated business plans. We just look at what needs to be done for the day and get to it. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the office besides the phones. It’s just a normal workplace where we try to stay grounded and keep things moving forward for everyone involved.
