Shah Real Estate

You can find us at Shop No C4 in the Jai Gurudev Complex. It’s in Kalhar Village, not too far from the Green Field area in Bhiwandi. We’ve been running Shah Real Estate from this little shop for some time now. Mostly, we just sit here and talk to people about land and buildings. It is a small space, but it works for what we need. Kalhar is a place that is changing quite a bit, with new things being built all around. We see people coming in every day asking about prices or looking for a place to stay. It’s a lot of walking around and showing people different spots. Sometimes we spend the whole day out on the street looking at properties and then come back to the shop to finish up some notes. The complex is usually fairly quiet compared to the main roads of Bhiwandi, which is nice. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. It is just us in the office, trying to keep track of who is selling what. We know the local streets and the people living nearby pretty well by now. It’s not a fancy job, just a lot of talking and looking at maps. We try to keep things simple and tell people the truth about what’s available. It gets busy during certain months, but we just take it one day at a time here. We have worked in this village for years and know most of the property owners personally.
