Kebab Di Bhatti

Kebab Di Bhatti is located in the Zojwala Complex, right on Agra Road in Kalyan City. We are pretty easy to spot since we are near the Ramdev Hotel, which is a big landmark for everyone around here. Being in Thane means we deal with a lot of humidity, so the fans in the shop are almost always running at full speed. Agra Road is one of those streets that never seems to stay quiet, there is always a bus or a rickshaw going past our door. We spend most of our day standing by the heat, making sure everything is cooked the way it should be. It is a small team here, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We do not have any corporate office or anything like that, just this one spot where we do all our work. The complex itself is quite old, and we have our regular spot that we have grown fond of over time. People usually stop by on their way back from work or when they are out running errands in Kalyan. We know a lot of the faces that come through the door by name now. It is a lot of standing on your feet and dealing with the heat, but we are used to it by now. We just try to keep things simple and honest. There is nothing fancy about it, just a local shop.
