Kattyz Restaurant

Kattyz Restaurant is in shop number 13 of the Flora Building. We are part of the Hiranandani Estate on Ghodbunder Road in Thane West. The area is quite nice with a lot of trees and families walking around. Hiranandani School is just a short walk away, so we get a lot of noise and energy when the kids are let out. The shop itself isn't very big. We have a few tables and a small kitchen area where we do all the cooking. The floor is made of simple tiles that we have to scrub every night. We spend our time prepping vegetables and making sure the fridge is stocked. It gets busy in the evenings when people come home from work. They often stop by to pick up something for dinner. We know most of the neighbors by name since we’ve been here in the Flora Building for a bit. The Ghodbunder Road traffic can be heard from the front door, but it’s not too bad. We don't have any fancy decorations, just a few pictures on the wall and a menu written on a board. It’s a straightforward business. We just focus on getting the food right and making sure the counters are wiped down. It’s a small team, usually just two or three of us working at a time.
