We are based in Kalyan at Ziprya Arcade. Our specific spot is unit A703, which is way up on the seventh floor. The building is in Kumbharkhan Pada, a part of Thane that has been growing quite a bit in the last few years. Kamiksha Realtors Llp is just a small team of us working out of this office. Being on the seventh floor gives us a decent view of the area around us, which is always nice to have. Kalyan is a busy place to do real estate work, but Ziprya Arcade is a solid building to have as a home base. We don't do anything too fancy here. The office has what we need, some computers and a simple table for meetings. Most of the time we are out looking at sites or talking to people about their homes. When we are in, we are usually just trying to catch up on the paperwork. It can get a little crowded in the elevators during lunch time, but that is just life in a building like this. We chose this location because it is easy for people in the neighborhood to find us. Anyway, there are no big mission statements or long speeches from us. We just show up every day at A703 and do the work that needs doing for our clients. It is a straightforward setup for a straightforward business. We have been in the Kalyan area for a bit and know the streets pretty well. It is just our little workspace in Maharashtra.
