Kalpavriksha Restaurant

Our restaurant, Kalpavriksha, is inside the Jagdish Industrial Estate. We are on Pokhran Road No 1 in Thane West. The area is known as Vartak Nagar. It’s a busy industrial part of Thane, so there are always people around. We have been at this address, 400601, for a good while. Most of our customers work in the nearby estates or live in the neighborhood. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big marketing budget. We just have tables, chairs, and a kitchen that stays pretty warm. We spend our mornings getting the ingredients ready and our afternoons serving people. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. There isn't any corporate talk here. We just talk to the people who walk in. Some are in a hurry to get back to work and others like to sit for a bit. We've seen a lot of regulars over the years. We know their names and what they usually like to eat. It’s a lot of standing on our feet and making sure the floor stays clean. We don't have a big team, so we all chip in with whatever needs to be done. Whether it's washing dishes or taking an order, we just get it done. The industrial estate can be loud, but we are used to the noise by now. We just keep doing our thing every day. It is a busy life but it is ours and we like it.
