Our office for K T Cimpex (P) Ltd. is at 217 Jai Commercial Complex. We are right opposite the old Cadbury factory, just off the Eastern Express Highway in Khopat. It is a busy area because of the highway and there is always a lot of noise from the trucks going by. Being on the second floor helps a bit with the sound, but you still feel the energy of Thane outside. The building is a typical commercial complex with a lot of different businesses. We spend our mornings checking emails and making calls. The office has a few desks and a small area for tea. We can see the highway from the window and it is interesting to see how the traffic changes throughout the day. People usually come to see us for business reasons and we try to keep things straightforward. There is no lobby or anything like that, just our door in the hallway. We have been in this spot for quite a while now. The area is convenient because it is easy to explain where we are—just look for the Cadbury sign and we are right across. Work starts early and we usually stay until the sun goes down and the highway lights come on. It is a steady place to work and we know the other people in the building pretty well by now.
