Happy Feast

You’ll find Happy Feast over in Kopri Colony in Thane East. We are in Building 24, specifically Room 830. It’s a small place near the Gurudwara. If you know the area, you know it’s a tight-knit neighborhood. We aren't a big fancy restaurant with a huge sign. We are just tucked away in the colony. Most of the people who come here live just a few streets away. We spend a lot of our morning getting everything ready for the day. The kitchen is small, so we have to stay organized. It gets pretty hot in there when the stoves are going. We do a lot of our own shopping for supplies nearby. Dealing with the traffic in Thane is just part of the routine. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just write the menu on a board and get to work. Sometimes the building has issues like plumbing or electricity, and we just have to deal with it. It’s a very local operation. We know most of our customers by their first names. We don't try to be anything special. We just want to make sure the food is ready on time and the room is clean. It’s a lot of long hours standing up, but it’s our business. Being near the Gurudwara means there’s always a good vibe around here, and we like that part of the job the most.
