You can find us at Lake City Mall, right in the Bkapurbavadi area on GB Road. We are in Shop No FB-41. Being in a mall is a bit different from a regular office building, but it works for us. There is always a lot of foot traffic, and we get people popping in while they are out doing their shopping. Ghadge Realtors Private Limited is the name on the door, but we are just local folks who know the Thane property market. GB Road is always moving, and things change fast around here. We try to keep up with all the new developments coming up near the lake and beyond. Our shop is not huge, but we have made it comfortable enough to sit and talk. We do not have any corporate scripts or fancy presentations. We just show people what is available and tell them the price. It is pretty basic. Sometimes we are out visiting sites, so the shop might be quiet for an hour, but someone is usually around. We have been part of this community for a while now. We like being in the mall because it feels like we are right in the middle of everything. We spend our time checking listings, talking to builders, and helping neighbors find their next home. It is a lot of talking and a lot of paperwork, but we like the pace of it.
