Gbl Realtor Private Limited operates out of the Woodlands building, Wing A. We are up on the third floor in room 303. This part of Upper Thane, near Lodha Dham in Bhiwandi Anjur, has seen a lot of growth lately. We’re right in the middle of all that construction and development. The office is a straightforward place where we handle our daily business. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, it's just one of us answering the phone or looking over site plans. Being near Lodha Dham makes it easy to give directions because everyone knows that landmark. The drive out to Bhiwandi can be a bit of a haul depending on the time of day, but this is where the action is for us. We spend a lot of time on the road, looking at different plots and checking on how things are moving along. The office at Woodlands is our home base where we file our paperwork and have our meetings. It's a bit dusty outside sometimes because of all the work happening nearby, but that’s just how it is in a growing area. We’ve been doing this for a bit now and we like being part of the local scene here. It's honest work and we just take it one day at a time. The office is often quiet, except for the sound of the fan and the distant construction noise. It feels like we are right where things are actually happening.
