Fusion Dhaba

Fusion Dhaba is located right in the middle of Wagle Industrial Estate in Thane West. It’s a very busy area with all the offices and factories around. We are situated next to the Fire Brigade and the Passport Office, so there are always people moving around outside our door. Most of our customers come from the nearby workplaces during their lunch breaks. They usually have a limited amount of time, so we try to be quick. We aren’t a fancy place with air conditioning in every corner, it’s more of a practical setup for people who want a real meal. The noise from the industrial estate is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. We started this place because we saw how many people were working around here with nowhere to grab a bite. It’s a lot of work, and some days are harder than others when the kitchen gets backed up. We don't have a big marketing team or a social media person. I handle the bills and the staff myself. We just focus on the cooking and making sure the tables are clean for the next person. Living and working in Thane 400604 is fast-paced, and we just try to keep up with it as best as we can. It's a straightforward business. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to manage with what we have, but that's just part of being in an industrial area like this.
