Evonea Realticus Llp

Our office for Evonea Realticus Llp is situated in Nerul, which is part of Navi Mumbai. We are in the Beverly Park Tower on Palm Beach Road. If you are looking for us, we are up on the 17th floor in the B-wing. It’s a high floor, so we get a decent view of the area, though we’re mostly focused on our computer screens. Sector-06 is the main area we cover. We are a small group and we’ve been working out of this flat for some time now. It’s not a fancy corporate office with a lobby. It’s more of a place where we can sit down and get our work done. We handle property listings, mostly flats and some shops in the Nerul area. We know the local buildings and the people who manage them. Palm Beach Road is a nice part of Navi Mumbai, even if it gets a bit windy sometimes. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on knowing the neighborhood and being honest about what we see. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on new listings. We like the pace of things here in Navi Mumbai. It is a bit different from the main city, and that suits us just fine. We just keep things moving and try to be helpful to anyone who asks about local real estate.
