You can find us over at Radha Niwas, specifically Shop Number 3 in Shantinagar. Ulhasnagar is always busy, and our little corner is no different. We are situated near Prakash Niwas, and things can get a bit hectic around here during the afternoon rush. The shop is small, but it fits what we need for the day-to-day work. Most of our time is spent talking to people who walk in or just handling the paperwork that comes with being in this industry. It’s not a corporate setup with glass walls and fancy lights. We have a couple of chairs for visitors and a desk that has seen better days. The area of Shantinagar has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of it over time. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, or the street outside gets blocked by a delivery truck, but we just keep going. It’s a local operation, and we know the people around the block. Sheet No 51 can be a bit tricky for people to find if they aren't from around here, so we often have to give directions over the phone. We don't have a big team, just a few people who know the streets of Ulhasnagar well. It’s a practical space, nothing more and nothing less. We drink a lot of tea from the stall nearby while we work. That’s pretty much the daily routine for us at Earthkart Realty.
